Feel comfortable and confident in any yoga class!
Feel comfortable and confident in any yoga class!
  1. Start off strong with the best equipment for your practice. For beginners, this basic mat is a great place to start. If you prefer a thinner mat, this is a great option. For hot yoga or sweatier bodies (like ours), a mat with extra grip is great - or (our personal preference) a washable yoga towel to top any mat.

  2. For hot yoga classes (or anyone on the sweatier side), grip socks give the perfect level of added security.

  3. Feel your best in a high-waisted set of leggings or shorts (there are tons of styles here). Add light coverage with a flowy top like this.

  4. Keep hair and sweat out of your face with a washable headband.

  5. Bring a water bottle (for a heated class, be sure to add some electrolytes). This one comes in tons of colors. Add extra functionality and keep your phone, keys, or other essentials close with this holster.

  6. Bring a spare workout towel for your hands and face.

  7. After class, be sure to wipe down your mat. And for yourself, these personal wipes are like a shower on the go.

  8. An expandable bag is great for carrying out your sweaty towels - or throw everything into this mesh version, which can go straight into the washing machine.
